I am a product designer, living in Toronto with my best friend (who happens to be my dog), Kevin. In my free time you can catch me sitting at my local bar, reading my latest book, playing sudoku or chatting with whoever is around me.
I play on two softball teams, I binge all things true crime and I like to tinker with ceramics. I’m constantly listening to music and I make far too many playlists.
Goats are my favourite animal, I have climbed a live volcano and I’m a Swifty.

Vena Solutions (2022-2023)
Led design for Vena platform's onboarding solution, streamlining data management and financial hierarchy creation. Resulted in 30% faster time-to-value and 10% lower churn post-launch
Developed intuitive user flows based on customer-centric design principles, informed by extensive user research, stakeholder collaboration with PMs & engineers, and usability testing. Resulted in data-driven insights enhancing product usability.
Contributed to and helped manage a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across product features. Enhanced components for reusability, interactivity, and accessibility, achieving WCAG 2.0 compliance for inclusive design
Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and stakeholders, to seamlessly integrate design concepts into the product development lifecycle
Geotab (2020-2021)
Created designs for a Contextual Risk Index MVP, showcasing an intuitive dashboard that allows users to evaluate their fleet's safety performance compared to industry benchmarks.
Developed various design assets including user flows, low and high fidelity wireframes and prototypes that accurately represented the final product and facilitated communication between design, development and product teams for future implementation.
Femmebought (2019-2020)
Identified user pain points and rectified key errors in the user flow, driving growth and success.
Redesigned website interface to enhance navigation, accessibility, and visual appeal, aligning it with the brand's identity and values. Resulted in a notable 30% surge in user engagement metrics and a 10% rise in donations.
Conducted user research and created personas to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
Facilitated various usability tests to further understand user behaviour, resulting in a significant increase in both user engagement and customer acquisition.
